Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you browse this website or engage Nithura for cybersecurity, web or mobile engineering work.
Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing nithura.com or engaging Nithura for Cybersecurity, Web Development or Mobile Application services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Nithura provides technology services including but not limited to security assessments and penetration testing, web and mobile application development, UI/UX design, API and cloud integration, and related consulting and maintenance. The specific scope, timeline and deliverables for any engagement are defined separately in a proposal or agreement between Nithura and the client.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information required to scope and deliver a project
- Obtain necessary authorisation before requesting security testing on any system
- Review and respond to project communications in a timely manner
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. Nithura retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks and non-confidential know-how developed during an engagement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.
App Store And Third-Party Platforms
We build every application to meet current App Store and Google Play guidelines, but final approval decisions rest with Apple and Google and are outside our direct control.
Limitation Of Liability
Nithura provides services with reasonable skill and care, but no security testing or software build can guarantee the absence of every vulnerability or defect. To the extent permitted by law, Nithura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Responsible Disclosure
If you find a security issue in this website or in a Nithura-built system under active engagement, we want to hear from you privately.
Reporting A Vulnerability
Report it to [email protected] with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue. Please avoid posting details publicly until we have had a chance to investigate and remediate.
Scope
This policy covers nithura.com and applications currently in active development or maintenance with Nithura. Third-party services we integrate with — payment gateways, cloud providers and similar vendors — should be reported to their respective vendors.
Our Commitment
We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days, keep you informed of remediation progress, and will not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers who follow this policy and avoid data destruction, privacy violations or service disruption.
Out Of Scope
Social engineering against our staff, physical attacks against our facilities, and denial-of-service testing are out of scope unless separately agreed in writing.
